Very cordial and professional attitude at reception (although the reservation from Booked.net could not be found and had to be proven).
Why charge €5 extra for the fitness centre? It's a bit mean for such a petty amount. The room was generally clean but could use some dusting.

The location was magnificent and stunning, within easy walking distance of Forum Assago Sports Arena. You could walk to shopping centres and a supermarket. My room with an extra bed was functional.

Much imporved cleanliness since my last visit and staff friendlyness at reception and housekeeping.
Staff at breakfast were cordial (improved) but could let guests feel more welcome. The savoury food was of poor quality. Only the sweets were acceptable. Much more importantly, the rooms have very poor soundproofing (none at all I'd say). Isn't there anything that can be done?
